The investor’s expectation was a new space division in the building existing since ca. 1940, and creating a design to address the needs of a four-member family. A cosy living space was obtained thanks to minor changes to the functional outline and moving the kitchen to another part of the house.
Bright colours, an island in the kitchen, living room connected with dining room with a large historical French door that can be fully open. Thanks to the makeover, the house has become brighter and more spatial.
